Prima Life Spalato, Split

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were big, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light early in the morning during the summer. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing lots of valuable information and recommendations for exploring Split. The location was superb, offering a perfect balance of tranquility and proximity to key attractions. However, the payment policy being cash-only was a minor inconvenience, but for a two-night stay, it was manageable. I also found the value for money excellent considering the excellent location on Sinjska ulica, complete with a stunning view and easy access to transportation hubs.

The hotel had some positive aspects like a great location with a fantastic view, but it also had some negative points such as noise from the nightclub below and difficulties finding the entrance. The rooms, although of premium hotel quality, were impacted by late-night noise, and the service, despite friendly receptionists, lacked control over certain aspects. Overall, it was an okay choice for a short stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed in a modern way, exactly as shown in the photos. They were spacious, nicely decorated, but a bit stuffy at times. The service was exceptional, with very nice and accommodating staff, especially Mateo, who provided us with great advice on dining and attractions. The location was just great, a few minutes' walk from the main attractions in Split. However, there were some inconsistencies with the staff's availability hours and the hotel being located in a deserted shopping mall.
